VIII Abkhaz-Russian Business Forum to be held in Sukhum
The forum will traditionally focus on expanding and deepening cooperation in the field of tourism, entrepreneurship, tools for promoting trade, economic and interregional ties between Abkhazia and Russia.

Sukhum. 25 October. Apsnypress. The VIII Abkhaz-Russian Business Forum will be held on October 27 in Sukhum . The Forum was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia.

 The conduction of the Forum in Sukhum was mentioned during the Abkhaz-Russian negotiations in August 2017. "Abkhazia is an important partner and ally of Russia, whom we share a common history and spiritual kinship. Russia will continue to promote the socio-economic development of Abkhazia, ensure its security and provide all-round political support, " - said President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. According to President of the Russian Federation, "a special role here belongs to the regular Russian-Abkhaz business forums."
  
 The forum will traditionally focus on expanding and deepening cooperation in the field of tourism, entrepreneurship, tools for promoting trade, economic and interregional ties between Russia and Abkhazia.
 
As part of the business program of the Forum, there will be held four roundtables, a regular meeting of the Russian-Abkhaz Business Council and business contacts exchange for business representatives. 

 The key event of the Forum will be a plenary session, which will be held with participation of President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba. The joint meeting will also feature a welcoming speech by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, announced by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia Semyon Grigoriev, the statements of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia Beslan Bartsits, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, head of the Federal Agency for management of state property Dmitry Pristanankov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia Adgur Ardzinba, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs Olga Rukhullaeva, Head of the Russian-Abkhaz Business Council Andrey Sergeyev, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Crimea under the President of the Russian Federation Georgy Muradov.
